The Planning & Zoning Commission’s goal is to make life better for the residents of Trenton by working with citizens, property owners, businesses, and others to create a great place to live, work, play, and do business.
The Commission can answer questions and provide information on current town code & zoning maps.
The Planning & Zoning Commission meets monthly on the third Tuesday at 7 pm at the Town Hall. Agendas are posted on the Utah Public Notice Website.
To be considered for the agenda, all applications must be turned in at least 1 week before the meeting.

| Minor Subdivision | $300.00 + $250.00 per lot and all expenses incurred while processing the application |
| Appeals Authority Application | $65.00 |
